Damage caused by natural disasters and faults caused by electrical sequences are not covered.
Liability applies only to product defects It may take 14 days or 30 days for the warranty item to be delivered.
The advance is valid for a maximum of 10 days only. Those items are then valued at market value.
Advance payment is not valid after 30 days from the date of payment. The final decision rests with SHAD Computers.
It is mandatory to have the serial number of the item purchased on the receipt with each item.
If the warranty sticker is modified or removed, the warranty is void. Receipt of item is mandatory to obtain the warranty certificate. (Liability applies only to product defects)
It is mandatory to submit before the last 21 days of the warranty period for new items and before the last 03 days of the warranty period for used items.
We do not accept any liability for damages incurred when you come to us for liability or when it is sent to us by post or any other means. Liability is not covered in the event of damage to the product or damage to the other entity.
No liability can be claimed for the goods for which the full amount has not been paid and the liability will be covered from the date mentioned on the bill for the goods after the full payment has been made.
