SEA-ME-WE කියන අකුරු ටිකෙන් කියවෙන්නෙ South East Asia – Middle East – West Europe කියන එක. මේ කේබල් පද්ධතිය ප්රංශයේ ඉඳලා සිංගප්පූරුව දක්වාම දිවෙනවා. ඔය අතරෙ තියෙන හැම රටකම වගේ නියෝජිත ආයතනයක් (ලංකාවෙ නම් SLT) මේ කේබල් වෙනුවෙන් මුදල් ආයෝජනය කරනවා. මේ කරපු ආයෝජනයේ ප්රමාණයට අනුව තමයි කේබල් පද්ධතියෙන් තමන්ට ලැබෙන ධාරිතාවය තීරණය වෙන්නෙ.. දැනට SEA-ME-WE 1 සිට 5 දක්වා කේබල් පද්ධති මුහුදෙ තියෙනවා.

SEA-ME-WE 5 එන්න කලින් තිබ්බ 3 සහ 4 වල දෝෂයක් ආවොත් මේ Bharat Lanka එක මගින් ඉන්දියාව හරහා තමයි අපි ලෝකෙට සම්බන්ධ වුණේ.
6) Bay of Bengal Gateway (BBG) – මේක UAE ඉඳල සිංගප්පූරුවට යන්නෙ. මේකෙ ලංකාවෙ අයිතිය Dialog එකට. උපරිම වේගය 6.4 Tbps ක් කියල තමයි කියන්නෙ. Landing station එක තියෙන්නෙ ගල්කිස්සෙ.
